Dear Sir/Madam,
Hi my name is SRITHARAN 30yrs from Malaysia. Actually I don't speak well English language. So I'm ask help my friend to write this on 22.8.2008 I'm entered to Thailand by Sadao check point with use my passport. After 2 days I'm plan to move to my home country and when I'm check at Sadao Immigration Custom then I'm know that I lost my wallet bag and also lost my Passport. That first time I'm in situations like that and don't know what to do. And then I went to the immigration office to tell the situation, but the officer ask me go and say it's ok. And I'm ask if any problems with this situation and he say no thing. That my first time didn't know and what to do I go from Thailand and enter to Malaysia. After 2 month I'm get a parcel by post. After I'm open it, I'm was shock and Happy inside someone goods heart people send to me with lost wallet with complete all I'm lost it. After that I didn't go Thailand until today and my passport also expired. So can I knew if I'm get any problems if I'm enter to Thailand again. If Sir/Madam let me how to settle and at the procedure and if any fine I'm need to pay and how much Sir/Madam. I'm will let with every details to Sir/Madam.

You should have applied for a new passport and use it to travel to Thailand. This problem cannot be settled since the old passport was considered lost when both Thailand and Malaysian immigration let you through the borders.
To whom can I report that the immigration website is not working again or at least only parts of it?
The 90 day online reporting is again not working. Yesterday I told the immigration call center but they did not listen and told me to go to my immigration office. Tried to explain that That I was calling to report the server was down but did not take any notice. This morning at 08.30 could use the website but shortly after it went down again and has not been working since. Tried to find an email address but all I can find is yours. If one cannot report a problem it will not get fixed.

A visa on arrival cannot be extended. You will need to obtain a tourist visa or apply for another visa on arrival if you want to stay longer.
Hi, I have a multiple entry tourist visa, it says on it that I have to enter before the 12th of Dec 2016, so I'm wondering if that means I have to enter at the latest on the 11th of Dec or can I still enter on the 12th?

I have single entry Tourist visa issued on 15th of July and entered Thailand 3 weeks after on the 6th of August. Do I have to visit immigration office 60 days after Visa has been issued or after date of entering Thailand?
